Charlie is the CEO and cofounder of Convex. He has over 10 years of experience in building data, energy analytics, and enterprise software. Holding degrees from MIT, Harvard, and Bowdoin, he has been featured by The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Marketplace, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
As Chief Product Officer and cofounder, Blake leads the Engineering, Data, Product, and Design teams at Convex. Blake focused the decade of his career prior to Convex working with industrial clients on software and data engagements, including with Goldman Sachs’ industrial software practice, and as a strategy consultant in Deloitte’s industrial analytics practice. Blake holds graduate degrees from Harvard and MIT, and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina.
As Chief Financial Officer, Siva Vadivelu leads Convex’s financial operations and strategy to ensure successful future growth. Over his impressive career, he has partnered with founders, C-suite, and boards of directors to scale VC- and PE-backed SaaS startups through hyper-growth and a path to profitability. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jim is responsible for the go-to-market execution and client success at Convex. His extensive leadership experience spans multiple companies within the B2B sales and marketing space, including Responsys, Red Aril, Fishbowl, and most recently Integrate. Jim holds a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Roger Muckenfuss Jr.
Roger has more than 20 years of experience building and leading post-sales account management and customer services at several B2B software companies in the Bay Area: Clearslide, Rentlytics, MarketLive and others. As VP of Customer Success, Roger leads the implementation, account management, support and customer operations teams. Based in Petaluma, CA, Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters degree from Clemson University.
Alec has more than 15 years of leadership and technical experiences from WeWork, Juicero, Cisco and Microsoft. As VP of Engineering, Alec is responsible for running the engineering organization to build best-in-class enterprise SaaS products. Based in Belmont, California, Alec holds a PhD degree and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
As VP of Product, Michael Chou leads the Product and Growth Teams at Convex. His extensive experience spans 20 years in industry-leading technology companies, including Salesforce, Okta, Adobe, Qualcomm, and Marvell. At Salesforce, Michael was the first Head of Product for Salesforce Field Service and led all B2B2C products for the Service Cloud business unit. He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
As VP of Design, Roger Wong leads both product design and marcom creative at Convex. Roger believes that design has the power to create customer loyalty and advocacy through holistic brand experiences. He has worked with over 30 companies in the Fortune 500, developing deep expertise with tech brands such as Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, and Intel. Roger’s design and advertising work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Graphis, One Show, Clio Awards, and Cannes Lions. He holds a BFA in graphic design from California College of the Arts. He lives in San Diego with his wife and teenage children. Roger does not surf.
Dan has more than 17 years of experience in sales and sales management including roles at ServiceSource (acquired by Concentrix), Responsys (acquired by Oracle), Extole, and others. As VP of Sales, Dan is responsible for growing revenue from new and existing customers. Dan holds a BA degree from the University of California, Davis.
As VP of People, Stacey is responsible for shaping and fostering an exceptional employee and candidate experience at Convex, including human resources, company culture, recruitment, and office operations. She is passionate about the people who bring organizations to life, and has more than 20 years of expertise in HR, employee training and development, facilities operations, recruiting, and internal communications. Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Jose State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).
Clayton Stobbs is a craftsman who loves to fix problems companies face. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of Customer Success leadership roles at both startups and enterprise organizations in the SaaS space. Clayton has been a part of two successful startup exits and has built world-class teams at Oracle, DocuSign, and Salesloft prior to Convex.
Clayton lives in Carmel, IN, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children (twins). Clayton earned an MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and sits on the Board of a charitable organization focused on pancreatic cancer research.
As Head of Customer Operations, Neha is responsible for delivering value to all Convex customers through management of customer support, customer integrations, delivery & onboarding, and customer excellence – which includes a team of dedicated strategic subject matter experts of Commercial Services sales & marketing. With 6+ years of expertise in strategy, business development, and partnerships, Neha is passionate about building strong external relationships and driving execution on key strategic priorities for her customers. Neha holds a degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and now lives in San Francisco, where she was born and raised.
Andre has more than eight years of experience in enterprise software business development, including roles at Apttus (now Conga), Kenandy (acquired by RootStock), MindTickle and others. As Head of Business Development, Andre leads the team responsible for sales pipeline growth in pursuit of customer acquisition and new revenue. Andre holds a degree in Fiscal Policy and Economics from Southern Methodist University.
