We’re delivering a major upgrade to our Engage offering, with a match made in heaven: Email, meet Generative Artificial Intelligence. This powerful email capability writes personalized prospecting emails in seconds and helps teams engage prospects with polished content. No more typos or hours sweating over a keyboard, just review your email before hitting send. Find a new lead and repeat.

After you provide basic information about yourself, Convex AI analyzes information about the company, property, and contact to draft an email in seconds. By leveraging the information in the Convex Data Lake, commercial services sellers get an email draft that is tailored to their target company, property, and contact. Sellers no longer need to waste hours writing introductory emails from scratch.

To maintain our customer’s privacy, your information will not be used to train third-party models. Only customers who have subscribed to our Engage Premium offering will have access to Convex AI Email. For all of our Engage users, we’ve made some improvements. Sellers can add email signatures to any outbound communication: share your contact information with a branded, professional look!
