How the Convex Referral Program works

Step 1

Submit a qualified company

Refer a U.S.-based commercial service company with two or more sales reps. This company cannot currently be in Convex’s sales process.

Step 2

Your referral completes a demo

If your referral schedules and attends a Convex demo within 30 days, you earn $250.

Step 3

Your referral becomes a customer

If your referral purchases two or more Convex seats and are live after three months, you earn an additional $250.

  • A Convex Referral occurs when you submit a qualified commercial service company to our team through the official referral process. If they complete a demo and become a customer, you earn Referral Rewards.

    • You may not refer yourself, your own business, or a company currently in Convex’s sales process.

Participation in the Convex Referral Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions located here: https://www.convex.com/legal/referral-terms-and-conditions To qualify, the referred company must:

  • Be a U.S.-based commercial service company

  • Employ at least 2 sales reps

  • Not be a current Convex customer

  • Not be in Convex’s sales process within the past 6 months

  • Be submitted through the official referral process

Referral Rewards are paid after the end of the calendar quarter in which they are earned. Demo Rewards are earned once your referral completes a qualified demo. Customer Rewards are earned once they purchase 2+ seats and are live for three months. You will be contacted using the information provided in your referral submission to arrange payment. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you may be required to complete and submit a W-9 tax form.
